We are kicking off the festive season here, and wanted to share one of our favourite (and the simplest!) cocktail recipe that we like to make in December - a mimosa with a slight twist!
It is so simple, but looks fantastic, and all you need is
- An orange
- Orange juice
- Ice cube trays
- Your choice of sparkling wine
The day before, finely slice your oranges and pop them into an ice cube tray. Fill the ice cube tray up with orange juice and freeze overnight.
On the day, put an orange ice cube into your glass of choice (Robyn’s pick a coupe glass!), and top with your choice of sparking. We love a cava, but prosecco or any sparkling wine of your choice will work too!
