Return Policy - 100% Risk Free!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn clothing.
Full price products:
To complete a return within Australia or New Zealand you must request a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) via email to info@issueclothing.com within 7 days of the receiving date, and we'll then send you a return shipping label free of charge! Attach the return label to a courier bag or other packaging when returning.
We need to receive the item(s) to our shipping location within 30 days of the receiving date. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to be processed. All refunds will be made less the original postage paid.
Note: we only accept returns when items arrive back to us unworn, unwashed and with our attached tags. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent out.
Sale items:
We do accept returns on sale items. The return shipping cost is not covered; please contact us and we will confirm the address for you to send the sale items back to. Final sale items can only be returned for store credit.
A note on International orders: for customers returning or exchanging outside of Australia and New Zealand, you will need to cover your return shipping costs. Please email us at info@issueclothing.com for more information.
Our Capsule's, Mini Capsules and bundle deals received discounted pricing for the bundle. If more than half the pieces are returned, the refund will be calculated based on the purchase price less the full price of the pieces that are not returned - this means if you return more than half your capsule the remaining pieces are at full price. However, if less than half the pieces are returned, the refund will be calculated based on the price of the pieces returned with the capsule discount applied, and the remaining pieces will continue to have the capsule discount applied.
Complimentary shipping applies for customers retaining product over the value of $250.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges of unworn clothing.
Full price products:
For customers in Australia and New Zealand, to complete an exchange you must let us know within 7 days of the receiving date, and we'll send you a return label free of charge!
Sale items:
The return shipping cost is not covered; please contact us and we will confirm the address for you to send the sale items back to for us to organise your exchange.
A note on International orders: for customers exchanging outside of Australia and New Zealand, you will need to cover your return shipping costs. Please email us at info@issueclothing.com for more information.
We need to receive the item(s) to our shipping location within 28 days of the receiving date. Once we have received the merchandise, we will send you your new product.
We only accept exchanges when items arrive back to us unworn, unwashed and with our attached tags. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent out.
If you wish to return the goods after you have tried on the different size, then you must cover the shipping cost to return them.
Please note: we are only able to "hold" pieces for the exchange process up to 28 days from initiating the exchange. If you return the original piece for exchange after 28 days, we will not be able to guarantee the availability of the requested piece but we will do our best to get you your requested piece as soon as possible.
